The Sitka Sweatshirt is a shrunken sweatshirt/sweater hybrid, perfect for casual dressing when temps are low. It is a great pattern for using up scraps, especially for View C. With the divided sections on the front and back pieces, there is ample opportunity for color blocking. Use 2-3 different fabrics that coordinate, create an ombre effect, or even use your favorite team’s colors.

The term “shrunken” indicates that the Sitka Sweatshirt is more cropped in overall length and in sleeve length as compared to a regular oversized sweatshirt. It fits closer to the body, but it is not tight. It has a casual drop sleeve, providing extra room through the bust for a comfortable fit. The sleeves are designed to hit just past the wrist bone, and the hem is designed to hit at the high hip, just covering the waistband on mid-rise jeans. The crewneck sits higher up without being restricting.

Sitka is available in two size ranges, 0 – 20 in a B cup and 14 – 30 in a D cup. See the size charts below to make the best choice on which size range to purchase. It is delivered via one .zip file that contains six .pdf files.
