The Linville Romper Ruffle Sleeve is designed as an add-on option for the Linville Romper and Dress pattern.  It works on the sleeveless bodice to add a cute little ruffle around the arm.  This 2:1 ratio ruffle sleeve pattern can also be used on other woven or knit patterns though!  The pattern includes an armscye template with notches that can be applied to any pattern with only slight modifications.
