hm, I would probably try to find a men’s pj pattern. You should be able to find a few options in big 4 paper patterns. The top is definitely shaped for a woman with narrower shoulders and drafting for a bust and hips. Womens’ pants have a different shaped rise than mens’ pants because they don’t have to accommodate any extra parts 🙂 He would need a higher rise and different shaped crotch and longer legs with no tapering. But I think it would definitely be worth it!
