You can add them! No different from any other FBA, it would be really simple for this style. Just be aware that on open front jackets with no closure, darts won’t curve around the shape of the bust like they’re intended to do, they’ll create bumps on the sides of your bust instead, unless you add a hook and eye or similar at the center waist.
