I made these up in a soft brushed cotton stretch twill and i added extra space overall to get a looser fit than the pattern plans for. I love them. The waistband is the most professional i’ve done so far and the fly went together like a charm. Thanks.

This French Bias Binding is also use in Chinese dressmaking, has been for ages. The chinese also sometimes soak the bit tape in water before applying.

I absolutely love these pants. I’ve made probably 8 or 9 of these. I think I’m obsessed. Love the design features. The zippered pockets are fabulous.
I will continue to make lots and lots of these. Rushing off now to finish another pair!!

I love these pants. I have the pattern, and would really like to adapt version A to have wider, dead straight legs. I’ve tried overlaying a couple of other patterns I have on them, but the shape is so different I don’t think it would work. Any chance of a mini tutorial for doing that, pretty please?

Also – dying for a new pattern from you, it’s been a while. Hope everything is fine.
